Tips for Flawless and Beautiful Skins

We all desire to have flawless and beautiful skin. To achieve what we want it is essential to know the right way to do it. There are so many things we do everyday which are harmful for our skin but we continue because of lack of knowledge. Below, I have compiled a few tips to in the pursuit of flawless and beautiful skin.

•Cleansing, toning and moisturizing: We all know these three steps can make your skin clean and healthy. But do we know what we should not do while following these steps religiously. If you are using a cleanser which makes your skin squeak stop using it, it is not doing any good. The toner you use should be mild and a good toner should not make your skin feel tight. If you have oily skin, try to stick to oil free moisturizers.

•Use glycolic acid: It is a gentle scrub which removes dull dead skin. Creates polished skin, helps the luster of the skin. It is not hard on your skin yet gently exfoliates and retextures the skin, making it beautiful looking.

•Expensive is not always better: A lot of women think buying expensive cosmetic or skin care products always means the right product. Let’s forget about the cost, know your skin and buy the right kind of product for your skin.

•Sunscreen application: Apply sunscreen before each sun exposure to protect your skin from the harmful effects of the sun rays. Remember you need to apply sunscreen 15 minutes before you move outdoors. Reapply if you are sweating or after every 4 hours.

•Water caution: Tap water contains chlorine which leaves your hair dry and rough. To remove chlorine, install a filter on your showerhead. Look for one which softens water to reduce mineral and chlorine.

•Moisturize your skin: Always apply some type of moisturizer after you wash your face. Stay away from heavy creams or strong fragrant cosmetics. On a daily basis before you apply your makeup or even if you don’t wear makeup, you should put on a moisturizer with at least a SPF 15 in it. Remember to protect your skin from sun for all seasons.

•Use warm water: Washing your skin or your face with hot or cold water can strip off the essential oils. It is always recommended to use warm water to wash or for bath. Do not bathe for longer than is necessary to get your skin clean, it can leave your skin dry.

•Balanced makeup: Use foundation close to your skin tone. Using a tinted moisturizer or a well moisture-balanced makeup will keep your skin looking fresh. Finish up with pressed powder which will give a warm tone to your skin. Do not over do pressed powder which can leave your skin looking chalky.

•Masque for bright complexion: Apply masque once or twice a week to get a fresh and radiant complexion. It is very important that you use the right kind of masque according to your skin type. If you have oily skin use only clay masques which are refreshing.

•Soaps: Do not use regular soaps for your face. Soaps strip your skin of the so-called “acid mantle”, an oil-rich protective film that locks moisture inside the skin and prevents bacterial and other infections. Absence of acid mantle in the skin dries up your skin very quickly. If you have to use soap use moisturizing soap or apply moisturizer right after washing.

•Astringents and wipes: If you have dry skin do not use alcohol based astringent and wipes. Alcohol removes essential oil from the skin leaving it rough and prone to irritation. Skin dryness tends to increase with age.

However, the above would not be adequate to care for stubborn skin flaws like acne. A step further toward beautiful skin would be required. Such step is essentially recommended if you desire a perfect acne-free face, a radiating and flawless beauty. This link would certain help. Click on it and be impressed.
